We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team supporting a young gentleman in the Doncaster area.

Our client lives at home with his parents and siblings and receives

24-hour support on a 2:1 basis .

Night shifts are structured with one waking night support worker and one sleeping night support worker , ensuring continuous, person-centred care throughout the night.

Our client has an acquired brain injury from birth (ABI) , is non-verbal and has epilepsy . Duties may include supporting with personal care, monitoring well-being, and responding appropriately to any support needs that arise.

We are requiring reliable, supportive and outgoing support workers to assist him in his day to day life, whether that is doing the school run, getting out and about, getting involved in activities or just having a fun and vibrant day!

Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, epilepsy, and non-verbal communication is desirable, although full training will be provided.

  • Weekly pay
  • All attended training sessions and shadow shifts are paid for.
  • Work with our own clients, no agency work.
  • No travelling from home to home, no more feeling rushed, and no pop in / domiciliary visits.
  • We specialise in support and complex care delivery to our brain injury, spinal injury and complex care clients.

A full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle along with business insurance is a requirement.

As a company we are unable to provide sponsorship for overseas candidates, this includes, graduate visas, sponsorship visas and student visas.

As much as experience is highly preferred for this role, we will consider applicants that have come from other care related roles.
