We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable main dealer group in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, for the position of Master Technician. The position of Master Technician is ideal for skilled professionals committed to delivering exceptional service and technical excellence. Duties:
- Conduct vehicle repairs and servicing to manufacturer standards
- Perform diagnostic checks to accurately identify faults
- Inspect vehicles to assess condition and wear and tear
- Complete work in compliance with DVSA standards as the Master Technician
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support
- Ensure all work conforms to quality and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Master Technician or in a similar role
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent; additional Master Technician or Accredited Technician certifications are desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Own set of professional tools
- Strong diagnostic skills and comprehensive technical knowledge of all vehicle systems
