Reporting directly to the Catering Supervisor and accountable to the Catering Manager, the post holder will provide administration and clerical duties for the Trust wide catering department. The position is office based in the main kitchen offices on the Tickhill Road Hospital site, and incidental contact is expected with patients and visitors to the Trust.

To provide admin support to the catering department on a day to day basis. Duties include:

  • Letter writing
  • Diary management
  • Placing orders on a daily basis with catering suppliers
  • Filing
  • Answering phone calls and passing on messages
  • Other admin duties as detailed in the job description
