Completely Care is recruiting experienced Agency Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high-quality support to adults living in Blaencwm and the surrounding Rhondda communities. We have opportunities for walkers and passengers. Whether you’re travelling between visits on foot or accompanying another member of staff, you’ll provide person-centred care that enables people to remain independent, safe, and comfortable in their own homes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality personal care and support in clients’ own homes.
- Assist with washing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and other daily living activities.
- Support clients with mobility, moving and handling, including the safe use of hoists and specialist equipment where required.
- Administer medication where trained and authorised.
- Provide companionship and emotional support while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
- Complete care records accurately and follow individual care plans.
- Travel between client visits on foot or as a passenger, depending on your allocated route.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 6 months’ UK care or support work experience.
- Experience with moving and handling procedures and the use of hoists.
- A caring, reliable, and compassionate approach.
- Flexibility to work a variety of agency shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Social Care Wales (SCW) registration, where applicable.
