Why This Opportunity?
This is more than simply a branch management position. You will be joining a large and established care provider with genuine scope for long-term career development.
For the right candidate, the role offers the opportunity to build on their existing management experience, develop their commercial and operational skills and progress into more senior leadership positions as their career develops.
The scale of the organisation also means you will have access to greater levels of support, resources, training and internal career opportunities than you would typically find with a smaller independent provider.
If you are currently a Registered Care Manager, Homecare Manager, Branch Manager or Domiciliary Care Manager and are looking for a role offering strong earning potential, greater career progression and the backing of a large established provider, I would be keen to hear from you.
Please note: Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this position. Candidates must have the existing right to work in the UK.
