District Nursing Lead - District Nursing Locality Lead

To provide strong, integrated clinical leadership and management of the District Nursing team, working especially closely with the District Nursing Lead Advanced District Nurse Specialist.

To lead on the educational agenda in the area, and to lead on specific educational work streams.

To lead on service development in the District Nursing team, ensuring delivery of skilled nursing care to patients whose needs are best met in the community.

To act as a conduit between the integrated leadership team and the District Nursing team.

To be accountable for the management, development and supervision of identified staff within the team What we need from you!

A qualified Registered Nurse with previous District or Community Nursing Experience with proven Leadership Skills Passion and drive for developing your clinical skills in a changeable environment.

A keen interest in new and upcoming technologies within Nursing and Healthcare.

Be self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as showing initiative and promoting new ideas on how to improve the service.
