Are you passionate about technology and helping people get the best from digital services? We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Digital Data and Technology Support Officer to join our Digital, Data and Technology team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a modern council service, providing first and second line support across a wide range of systems, devices, cloud services and digital workplace technologies. You will help colleagues resolve technical issues, support Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools, assist with device deployment and asset management, and contribute to wider digital transformation projects.
The role offers variety, development and the chance to make a real difference to how council services operate. From supporting hybrid working and meeting room technology to helping improve cyber security, automation and emerging digital solutions, you will play an important part in keeping services reliable, secure and customer focused.
