Are you an inspiring Early Years leader looking for a unique, supportive environment? Marylebone Services is seeking a passionate, hands-on Deputy Nursery Manager to join our client team. In this room-based role, you will help shape a setting where children develop at their own pace through play, discovery, and meaningful relationships.

Your Role:
- Role model and promote the setting’s unique philosophy and ethos.
- Guide children by encouraging child-led, play-based learning.
- Support the Nursery Manager with daily operations, staff supervision, and EYFS compliance.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of dedicated Early Years practitioners.
- Bring energy, creativity, and fresh ideas to the daily routine.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualification: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (Essential).
- Experience: Previous experience as a Room Leader, Third-in-Charge, or Deputy Manager in a UK setting.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS statutory framework.
- Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and basic IT skills.
- Training: Valid Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, and Food Hygiene certificates are highly desirable (training can be supported). A management qualification is a plus.
