Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead the Women’s and Neonates services. This senior operational role requires strong leadership, budget stewardship, and stakeholder engagement to sustain high clinical and performance standards.

You will report to the General Manager, deputise in their absence, and drive improvements with Clinical Directors, Service Leads and wider teams to support Trust priorities around quality, governance and patient care.
