Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a kind, reliable Night Care Assistant to join our team in a residential care home supporting residents primarily living with dementia. You will help with personal care, night-time routines and safety, while upholding dignity and wellbeing.
You will respond to call bells, monitor residents' wellbeing, help with repositioning and assist with drinks and hydration, maintaining a calm, safe environment throughout the night and collaborating with the care team.
