A leading financial services organisation is undertaking a major technology transformation programme, modernising the way products are delivered across engineering teams and business functions.

Your new role

We're looking for an Engineering Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery across multiple engineering workstreams.

This is not a traditional Scrum Master role.

You will act as the delivery lead, owning governance, release management, dependency tracking and stakeholder engagement across Agile teams.

Working closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders, you'll ensure delivery commitments are met and releases are successfully delivered into production.
