The predicted salary is between 18.65 - 18.65 £ per hour.
This is a temporary role and the rate is £18.65ph PAYE. The successful candidate will take responsibility for recovering and enforcing debts across a range of portfolios, including Council Tax, NEC Sundry Debts and other income streams, ensuring all actions are carried out efficiently, fairly and in accordance with legislation, case law and organisational policy.
They will demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to achieve positive recovery outcomes, apply sound analytical judgement when determining enforcement action, and work confidently with customers, enforcement agents, courts and stakeholders to resolve cases.
The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, deliver high-quality customer service within a diverse community, and balance firm income collection with professionalism, objectivity and an understanding of individual circumstances.
