Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient community care team. You will be responsible and accountable for the holistic care of a named group of patients, and you will help maintain clinical standards under the direction of the Matron and Clinical Sisters.
The role requires flexibility to move between Community Hospital sites, to cover rota duties including a 24-hour internal rotation, and a full UK driving licence is essential.
