Support the development, processing and storage requirements of NHS minimum data sets (MHSDS, CDS, IAPT MDS) including upgrades to new versions. Serve as first point of escalation on user support issues and technical difficulties relating to Business Intelligence platform.
Develop up to date technical documentation, specification and user guides in support of the applications. Provide mentorship and informal support to junior members of the team. Working through product lifecycle to design, implement, maintain and improve on systems currently implemented and those planned in for the future.
