The Compleat Food Group (TCGF) are looking for a detail-driven Data Steward to join the team on a 3-6 month FTC.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong data accuracy skills and a passion for maintaining high-quality data standards within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Data Governance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, integrity and consistency of our data across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor master data quality and integrity, primarily within the group ERP system
  • Work with site stakeholders to drive consistent processes for creating, updating and retiring master data
  • Maintain metadata and data dictionaries
  • Support the development of internal data management and data enrichment tools
  • Ensure adherence to data governance policies and standards
  • Participate in relevant training to support continuous development
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

About You

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a data entry or data-focused role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical mindset with a drive to achieve the right outcomes
  • Experience managing master data within business systems (desirable)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
