De Aston School is seeking an exceptional Data Manager to play a pivotal role in the life of our successful and ambitious school.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, analytical and detail-focused individual to lead our Management Information System (MIS) and support colleagues by providing accurate, timely and meaningful data that drives student achievement and school improvement.
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience working with Bromcom or a similar Management Information System (MIS).
- Possesses excellent communication, analytical, organisational and ICT skills.
- Has a passion for accuracy and an exceptional eye for detail.
- Can manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines while maintaining high standards.
- Is confident working independently and collaboratively across different teams.
- Can produce and analyse data reports that support effective decision-making.
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion and the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
- Is proactive, solution-focused and committed to continuous improvement.
- Has at least five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above; A Levels and a degree advantageous.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who understands that behind every piece of data is a young person whose education and future matter.
