Duties as a Data and Exams Manager:
- Managing all internal and external examinations
- Coordinating exam entries, timetables, access arrangements, and results processing
- Maintaining and developing the school's data management systems
- Producing accurate student performance and attainment reports
- Managing census returns and statutory data submissions
- Supporting senior leaders with analysis of assessment and progress data
- Ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations and examination procedures
- Working closely with teaching staff, leadership teams, and external agencies
Ideal Data and Exams Manager:
- Fully experienced in carrying out the responsibilities of a Data & Exams Manager
- Previous experience working within a secondary school
- Strong working knowledge of SIMS
- Experience managing examinations and student data systems
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fully vetted with all safeguarding and compliance checks completed
- Available to work full-time from 2 September
Your salary - dependent on experience - is paid weekly through PAYE β that means no self-employed or umbrella companies.
