Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Time Recovery Worker to join our collaborative multi-disciplinary team. In this role, you will work across traditional boundaries of care to provide meaningful, direct support to individuals accessing our secondary mental health services. Your focus will be to give time, space, and dedicated support to an allocated group of service users—empowering them to thrive within their community, achieve their personal goals, and build their own sustainable support networks.

- Empower Recovery: Put the individual needs of service users at the heart of everything you do, supporting them to work toward their self-identified goals.
- Collaborative Care: Assist Care Coordinators in planning, implementing, and reviewing personalized care plans, ensuring our service users are active participants in their own recovery journey.
- Deliver Initial Interventions: Play an active role in delivering early-stage interventions, working under the supportive guidance and mentorship of our team Psychologists and Occupational Therapists.
- Community Connection: Help service users transition smoothly across different care settings and organizations, promoting independence and helping them weave strong support networks into their daily lives.
