Moat is seeking a proactive Neighbourhood Services Manager based in Dartford to lead tenancy and estate services across a patch.
You will manage tenancies, respond to ASB and breaches, and work with residents, contractors and agents to keep neighbourhoods safe and well‑maintained. This role is fixed-term for up to 12 months, with agile working and a laptop/tablet/phone provided for work from home and in offices.
