Are you passionate about delivering excellent housing services and building strong, safe communities? At Moat, we’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Neighbourhood Services Manager to join our team and take ownership of a diverse housing portfolio.
In this role, you’ll be the face of Moat in our communities—managing tenancies and leases, ensuring high standards in estate services, and responding swiftly to anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches. You’ll work closely with residents, contractors, and managing agents to ensure our neighbourhoods are clean, safe, and well‑maintained.
- Conducting regular estate inspections and monitoring cleaning and gardening contracts
- Managing tenancy and leasehold queries in line with service standards
- Ensuring managing agents deliver value‑for‑money services
- Taking prompt enforcement action on ASB and tenancy breaches
- Supporting new tenants and shared owners through sign‑ups and onboarding
- Handling complaints and ensuring compliance with the Housing Ombudsman Code
- Fulfilling our safeguarding obligations, ensuring that vulnerable residents are signposted to key agencies and providing appropriate support in our capacity as landlord
If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and be a trusted ambassador for Moat, we’d love to hear from you.
