We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our clients Asset Delivery team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the safety, resilience, and optimal condition of the M25 network.

- Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the defect management team.
- Manage and update maintenance data systems, ensuring accuracy in work schedules and instructions.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment in collaboration with the supply chain.
- Produce professional reports and presentation materials for leadership.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Your Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- IT proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook are essential; Power Point is a bonus).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
