Customer Service Specialist - Housing background
You’ll be joining a well-established service-led business that supports customers across the UK. This is a great opportunity to become part of a busy and collaborative customer service team where the focus is on delivering a smooth, efficient and professional experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
This role would particularly suit someone with a background in housing, social housing, repairs & maintenance, property services or resident support who is looking to bring their customer service expertise into a new environment.

- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure service levels are achieved.
- Support customers through a variety of communication channels.
- Deliver a high standard of customer care while managing multiple enquiries.
- Ensure issues are followed through to resolution, keeping customers informed throughout.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Experience within housing, social housing, repairs & maintenance, property management or resident services would be highly advantageous.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of customer enquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident problem solver with a proactive approach.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
- Be able to get to the office 5 days a week in Chadderton
