The predicted salary is between 13.5 - 13.5 £ per hour.

Based at South Gyle | Fully office-based roles with free parking. Full-Time roles | Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 4:00pm. Long-Term temporary contracts | minimum 9 months with strong potential to be extended & may become permanent. Pay rate of £13.50 per hour + holiday pay.

Search Consultancy are currently working with one of our major Financial Services clients based at South Gyle to recruit a number of Customer Service Administrators to provide back office Administration support to their customer operations.

PLEASE NOTE - as this role will be working within Financial Services candidates MUST be able to pass both a criminal record check (Disclosure Scotland) and a Credit Check.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Processing both customer and advisor requests through the company's investment platforms & internal systems.
  • Ensuring requests are completed correctly in line with SLA's & agreed timescales.
  • Investigating & resolving queries & issues, working with internal teams where required.
  • Updating customer details & information on the company's internal systems.
  • Identifying areas for process improvements on Administration processes.

In order to be considered for these roles your skills and experience should include:

  • Previous experience of providing back-office administration or processing - preferably within Financial Services.
  • Any candidates with the above experience including working with or exposure to ISA's, SIPP's & bonds would be advantageous, however this is not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail, with the ability to manage a busy workload effectively.
  • Experience of working to targets, deadlines or SLA's.
  • Solid IT skills, including the use of Word & Excel.
