Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Cullompton.

You will support the end-to-end recruitment process, source high-quality candidates, and help deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, you will coordinate recruitment activities, build talent pipelines, and maintain accurate candidate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates using a range of recruitment methods.
  • Support Talent Acquisition Partners with shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate communications.
  • Write and advertise vacancies across internal and external recruitment channels.
  • Manage recruitment enquiries, providing support to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support talent attraction and onboarding activities.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening against role requirements.
  • Support recruitment projects and campaigns across multiple business areas.
  • Help deliver a positive candidate experience through effective communication and process management.
  • Assist with social media recruitment and employer branding activities.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment management system, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Produce and update recruitment reports and insights.
  • Identify and support continuous improvements to recruitment processes and practices.

Required Experience

  • Previous recruitment experience in an in-house or agency environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in recruitment systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of recruitment trends and sourcing techniques.
