About the role
We are looking for a Learning & Development Co-Ordinator to lead and coordinate training requirements across the group, ensuring development opportunities are effectively planned, communicated, and delivered in line with business needs and organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate Driver CPC, Group Induction and all other internal courses based on business need and allocate resource in the internal course booking system.
- Upload the DCPC attendees to the DVSA website within 5 working days of the completion of all DCPC courses.
- Co-ordinate courses with external training providers as required.
- Co-ordinate all apprenticeship in the group and manage the apprentice account.
- Provide feedback from apprentices and line managers of apprentices to the Apprenticeship Service through the account on training providers.
- Communication with external training providers, including quarterly supplier reviews.
- Quality control of the training documents received into the training inboxes.
- Record the number of course bookings and attendees for all courses.
- Produce the quarterly Training Team KPI slides.
- Administer the training processes including the training inboxes, iTrent, Driver CPC/JAUPT process, apprenticeship account.
- Maintain the people skills and skill sets in iTrent.
- Co-ordinate and control the RA/SSOW process.
- Raising purchase orders for the training team.
- Reactivating returners on iTrent.
Required Experience
- Ability to communicate at all levels with customers and staff.
- Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.
- Attention to detail is critical and working to deadlines daily.
- Solution driven and Flexible approach to your work.
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative with limited guidance.
