Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and highly Administrator to support our transport operations. The role will focus on data entry, vehicle and driver compliance, and maintaining accurate operational records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and update transport management systems in line with company procedures.
- Process and manage information across internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Act as a point of contact for customers and drivers, handling queries and providing timely updates.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective communication and smooth transport operations.
- Provide administrative support to the transport team, including data entry, documentation and reporting.
- Utilise exceptional IT skills to manage multiple systems, databases and spreadsheets effectively.
- Support compliance with company policies, transport procedures and operational requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve team objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and transport systems.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
