Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker/Senior Practitioner specializing in Safeguarding within Childrens Social Care (CSC).
This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children and young people by providing expert assessment, intervention, and support in complex safeguarding cases.
As a Senior Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to develop and deliver high-quality care plans, safeguarding strategies, and promote positive outcomes for children at risk of harm.
You will also provide professional guidance and mentoring to junior social workers, contributing significantly to the continuous improvement of social care services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, a valid social care qualification, and proven experience in safeguarding practice, demonstrating excellent communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
