Duties of the Vehicle Damage Assessor:
- Conduct accurate vehicle damage assessments and prepare detailed estimates
- Confidently operate and utilise the Audatex estimating system
- Upsell services where appropriate to maximise repair profitability
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high standards of qualityDeliver excellent customer service and ensure a professional company image
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operational flow
Requirements of the Vehicle Damage Assessor:
- Proven experience as an Vehicle Damage Assessor, ideally from a bodyshop or dealership environment
- Proficient in using Audatex estimating system
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong motivation and desire to progress within the role
- Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
