We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable independent car specialist based in Croydon, for the position of Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor seeking to progress their career within a well-established, customer-focused environment.

Duties of the Service Advisor position:
- Manage customer appointments and handle service enquiries efficiently

- Upsell additional services and parts where appropriate
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
