Duties of a Parts Sales Advisor:

- Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system, including call logs and reports

Requirements of a Parts Sales Advisor:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Parts Advisor within a main dealership or similar automotive environment
- Proficiency in systems such as Kerridge or equivalent dealership software
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- A proactive approach to upselling and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
