Here’s the exciting bit… A day includes:
- An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Employee Relations team as an Employee Relations Coordinator. Supporting both Superdrug and Savers, you'll play a key role in employee relations activities with a focus on policy development, legislative updates, ER tools and templates, Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), compliance activities and employment law administration.
- Working closely with the Lead ER Specialist, you'll help ensure ER processes meet the highest standards while supporting policy reviews, legal requirements, employment tribunals and wider people initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is looking to develop their career within Employee Relations and gain exposure to a broad range of ER activities.
- Support policy and procedure development through research, analysis and review of emerging legislative changes across the UK and ROI.
- Assist in reviewing existing policies and presenting recommendations and updates to the Lead ER Specialist.
- Ensure policy and procedure updates are accurately maintained across all internal systems and platforms.
- Coordinate and administer Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), including logging requests, reviewing data sets and preparing information for release.
- Support the organisation of training workshops and development sessions for People teams and key stakeholders.
- Support the ongoing relationship with external employment lawyers and ensure they have access to relevant information when handling employment tribunal cases.
- Assist with the administration of Right to Work checks and sponsorship processes, acting as a Level 1 user where required.
- Maintain accurate case trackers, legal trackers and spend trackers, supporting reporting for the Senior People Team.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all case files meet the required compliance standards.
- Support the ER Specialist in monitoring developments in employment legislation and the Employment Rights Act.
- Build effective relationships with People teams across Superdrug and Savers and other key stakeholders.
- Identify themes, trends and opportunities for continuous improvement and share insights with the Lead ER Specialist.
- Undertake additional tasks aligned to the role and within your capabilities as required.
