North London NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an Islington Crisis Resolution Team Band 4 Assistant Practitioner to provide 24/7 crisis assessment, home treatment and telephone support for adults with acute mental health needs. You’ll work a rotating rota, undertake lone working, and travel independently or drive Trust vehicles as required.
The post requires post-qualification experience and excellent communication skills, with a focus on rapid decision-making and safe crisis intervention.
