We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Biology / Chemistry to join our successful Science Faculty at Crieff High School. The successful candidate will inspire and motivate young people to develop a curiosity and understanding of the biological and chemical sciences, delivering high-quality learning experiences that engage, challenge and support learners to achieve their full potential.
Through excellent classroom practice, the postholder will contribute to raising attainment and achievement, promoting scientific literacy, and fostering a passion for learning both within and beyond the classroom. Working collaboratively with colleagues, the Teacher of Biology/Chemistry will support the school's commitment to excellence, inclusion and wellbeing, creating a positive and nurturing learning environment where all young people feel valued, respected and empowered to succeed.
The role includes contributing to the wider life of the school and Science Faculty, supporting curriculum development, improvement planning and opportunities that enhance learners' skills for learning, life and work.
