We are currently looking to recruit an ATM Reconciliations Clerk to join our Finance Team.
This role will be permanent and full time, based at our Head Office in Crickhowell.
Your normal hours of work will be 40 hours per week working Monday – Friday with a flexible working arrangement available.
What does the role entail?
- Perform daily ATM reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Monitor and track surplus recovery efforts.
- Process Settlement inwards and manage merchant cash repayments.
- Reconcile all elements of cash flow to ensure accuracy.
- Post daily journals to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Collaborate with the Cash Cycle Team Manager to assist in Month-End Reporting.
Who will make the Right Candidate?
- The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A*-C.
- Proficient experience with data input.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong team working and collaboration skills.
- Ability to plan and organize your own workload efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- It would be desirable for 3 A Levels at grades A*-C.
As well as a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Prior experience in reconciliation and/or working on financial programmes such as Sage X3 is desirable but not necessary for candidates.
