Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and interested in the fast-paced world of food exports?
We are looking for a Technical Administrator & Exports Coordinator to join our team in Crewe and play a key role in ensuring the
smooth, accurate and compliant export of our finished products. Working closely with internal teams, you will coordinate export
documentation, certificates and supporting information, ensuring all requirements are met on time and to the highest standards.
Alongside your core export responsibilities, you will provide occasional technical administrative support, including logging
customer complaints, responding to general technical enquiries and assisting the wider Technical team as required. This is an
excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a highly organised role, building relationships across teams and ensuring
every detail is managed with accuracy and care.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm, giving you an early finish to start your weekend a little
Your Duties Will Include:
- Coordinate all export administration activities, ensuring products are shipped in line with customer, legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including Export Health Certificates (EHCs), Supporting Health Attestations (SHAs), Manufacturer Declarations and supporting compliance records.
- Arrange vet visits where required and provide support during on-site inspections to ensure export requirements are met.
- Collate traceability information, Certificates of Analysis, supplier declarations and other supporting documentation required for export customers.
- Maintain accurate export records and ensure supplier declarations, authorised signatory documentation and compliance records remain up to date.
- Log customer complaints and coordinate investigations with the relevant QA teams and ensure customer responses are issued in a timely manner.
- Support the wider Technical team with audits, customer documentation requests, KPI reporting and other technical administration activities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- An understanding of export procedures, logistics or supply chain operations would be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- A proactive team player who uses initiative, builds positive working relationships and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
- Previous experience in export coordination, logistics or a food manufacturing environment.
- Experience using ERP systems would be beneficial.
