Join our team as a Fitness Experience Lead! We’re looking for a motivated fitness professional to join our team as a Fitness Experience Lead. This role combines gym instruction, personal training, and customer support to deliver a high-quality experience across our centre at our newly renovated Cumberland Arena site.

A typical day will see you out on the gym floor supporting members, delivering a great customer experience, lending a hand on reception, and helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the club.

What the role involves:

  • Providing a welcoming first point of contact at reception and supporting customers with enquiries, including classes, memberships, and sports bookings
  • Delivering gym inductions, personalised programmes, gym-floor classes, and personal training sessions
  • Supporting activity across the centre, including setting up and taking down sports equipment such as badminton, netball, and football
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented environment throughout the facility

What we’re looking for:

  • A fitness professional who is confident delivering both personal training and group exercise
  • Someone who can adapt sessions and interactions to meet the needs of a wide range of customers

Qualifications:

  • Level 2 Fitness qualification (essential)
  • Experience delivering gym-floor classes, including functional training (essential)
  • Level 3 Personal Training qualification (desirable)
