We're currently searching for a fantastic Registered Service Manager to lead one of our established residential services in Crawley. This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-run, stable service with a highly experienced team, strong governance, excellent audit outcomes and a positive culture focused on delivering outstanding person-centred support. Supporting adults with learning disabilities, the service promotes independence and enables the people we support to lead fulfilling lives within their local community. The current manager has recently progressed into a wider operational role within Voyage Care, creating an exciting opportunity for a new leader to build on an already successful foundation.

About the Role
As Registered Service Manager, you will work alongside local authorities, healthcare professionals, families and your team to ensure the people we support achieve positive outcomes and enjoy the best possible quality of life. You will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the service.
- Leading, coaching and developing your team.
- Completing supervisions, appraisals and recruitment activities.
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
- Completing audits, reports and quality assurance checks.
- Managing service budgets and performance.
- Building positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement and service excellence.
About You
We're interested in our Registered Service Manager having both the right experience and the right values. You’ll ideally have:
- Experience in a care management role.
- Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
- A Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- An understanding of quality, compliance and safeguarding responsibilities.
- The ability to become registered with CQC if not already registered.
- A passion for delivering high-quality support and developing others.
