We are currently seeking a highly capable and motivated Sales Administrator to join a reputable car dealer group in Crawley. Duties of the Sales Administrator:
- Processing vehicle orders, registrations, tax documentation, stock movements, transfers, dealer swaps, and handovers
- Liaising confidently with manufacturers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintaining detailed records of vehicles, stock lists, demonstrator fleets, and sales documentation across systems
- Producing reports, conducting file audits, supporting profit checks, and completing administrative housekeeping
- Managing purchase, stock, funding, and compliance activities for used vehicles
- Supporting the sales team with administrative duties to promote seamless operations across new, used, and corporate sales
Requirements of the Sales Administrator:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in motor trade administration, with a proven track record
- Experience in sales administration preferred; warranty or service administration considered
- Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach to multiple tasks
- Confident communicator capable of liaising effectively with colleagues, manufacturers, and external partners
- Attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy
- Positive attitude with the ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with Kerridge or similar systems is advantageous
- A team player demonstrating integrity, accountability, and a proactive approach
