We are recruiting for the position of Parts Advisor at a reputable car dealership in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a well-established dealership, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient department operations.
Competitive basic salary of £32,500 per annum plus performance-based bonuses, with an OTE of approximately £38,500.
Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis.

Duties of a Parts Advisor:
- Assisting the Parts Manager with daily departmental responsibilities.
- Providing excellent customer service to retail and workshop clients.
- Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Reconciling and processing stock orders and returns efficiently.
- Completing vehicle health checks for the workshop.
- Ensuring all parts are correctly located, stocked, and logged.
- Logging stock discrepancies and liaising with the Parts Manager to resolve issues.
- Maintaining accurate administration records and updating the parts database.
- Supporting the smooth operation of the parts department to meet customer expectations.
Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Practical knowledge of computer systems and stock control processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within team settings.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
