Shift Times
Flexible on 4 week Rota, 12hr night shifts either 20:00-08:00 (includes alternative weekends)
Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Support Worker who is ready to make a positive impact at Deerswood Lodge, a care home in Crawley, West Sussex, offering 90 residential places.
The facility specialises in dementia, residential, and respite care, providing a safe and supportive environment.

- Job Responsibilities
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
