Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Planning: Designing and implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Child-Centred Learning: Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported in their individual growth and development.

- Parent Partnership: Building positive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers to ensure open communication and partnership in children's learning journey.
- Personal, Social, and Emotional Development: Supporting children in developing essential skills such as self-confidence, resilience, and empathy to foster their overall well-being and social competence.
- Play-Based Learning: Facilitating hands-on, play-based learning experiences that encourage creativity, curiosity, and exploration.
- Differentiated Instruction: Tailoring teaching strategies and activities to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of individual children within the classroom.
Requirements:
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS) with Early Years specialism.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting, preferably within a Reception or Early Years environment.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality, child-centred learning experiences.
