We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Diagnostic Technician in Crawley, West Sussex. Duties of the Diagnostic Technician:
- Conduct complex diagnostic, warranty, and service repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Perform EV diagnostics and repairs (if qualified) in line with manufacturer standards
- Utilise diagnostic software and equipment effectively to identify and resolve vehicle faults
- Carry out hydraulic repairs and mechanical work safely and accurately
- Mentor and support Apprentice Technicians, sharing technical expertise
- Maintain high safety and quality standards on every vehicle serviced and repaired
Requirements of the Diagnostic Technician:
- Recognised Diagnostic qualification is essential
- Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician or skilled mechanic preferred
- Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to safety and quality standards
- Enthusiastic about continuous professional development and up-to-date with technological advancements
