Duties of the Collection & Delivery Driver
- Operating a 5-tonne Iveco truck for vehicle collection and delivery across the South of England, including routes around Southern M25, Brighton, Kent, and Sussex
- Ensuring the safe and timely transport of customer vehicles
- Checking vehicles in and out while maintaining accurate documentation
- Providing exceptional customer service during collections and deliveries
- Liaising with the Transport Manager to support efficient daily operations
- Upholding high standards of vehicle safety and care
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements of the Collection & Delivery Driver
- Valid UK driving licence suitable for 5-tonne vehicles
- CPC qualification as a professional driver (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence)
- Strong communication skills and customer service focus
- Eye for detail with a commitment to quality
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of driving routes within the Southern M25, Brighton, Kent, and Sussex areas is desirable
