Duties of the Collection & Delivery Driver

  • Operating a 5-tonne Iveco truck for vehicle collection and delivery across the South of England, including routes around Southern M25, Brighton, Kent, and Sussex
  • Ensuring the safe and timely transport of customer vehicles
  • Checking vehicles in and out while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Providing exceptional customer service during collections and deliveries
  • Liaising with the Transport Manager to support efficient daily operations
  • Upholding high standards of vehicle safety and care
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements of the Collection & Delivery Driver

  • Valid UK driving licence suitable for 5-tonne vehicles
  • CPC qualification as a professional driver (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence)
  • Strong communication skills and customer service focus
  • Eye for detail with a commitment to quality
  • Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of driving routes within the Southern M25, Brighton, Kent, and Sussex areas is desirable
