About the role

  • Based near Gatwick / Energy Supplier or TPI experience preferred
  • Develop and grow relationships with Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs) across your designated region.
  • Identify, engage and onboard new TPI partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage existing broker relationships, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention.
  • Deliver training and support to partners on products, services and market developments.
  • Work closely with internal sales and operational teams to maximise opportunities.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, meetings and industry events.
  • Monitor market activity and competitor offerings to identify areas for growth.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and relationship management targets.
