Quarriers Fife Adult Supported Living Services is currently recruiting for a full-time Female Support Worker to join our friendly and experienced team.

Our service is based within a beautiful and peaceful setting in Cowdenbeath, comprising of six cottages.

One cottage serves as a central hub where staff can access support, resources, and peer networking opportunities.

The remaining five cottages are home to the people we support, providing a welcoming environment that promotes independence and wellbeing.

In this role, you will support adults with learning disabilities and emotional or mental health support needs to live as independently as possible.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities such as cooking, household tasks, social and leisure activities.

The people we support are independent and at times may need assistance with person care.

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.

Building positive relationships, understanding individual needs, and supporting people to achieve their personal goals will be at the heart of your role.

You will encourage independence, promote inclusion, and support individuals to access opportunities, activities, and hobbies within their local community.

  • Working Pattern
  • Our day shifts typically run between

7:45am and 8:00pm , with rotas provided in advance to support work-life balance.

As we provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, a degree of flexibility is required to meet the needs of the people we support.

Wherever possible, we aim to provide staff with every second weekend off, subject to service requirements and availability.
