Hays Education is currently working with a number of schools across Coventry, Warwickshire, and Rugby who are looking to appoint passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs.

We have opportunities available within specialist settings, supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, moderate learning difficulties, and complex needs.

Your Role

  • Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
  • Help manage behaviour positively and effectively
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working with children or young people
  • A positive, patient, and resilient approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience supporting SEN pupils is desirable
