Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, and issuing offer letters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support managers and employees with HR queries, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare contracts, letters, and other HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new starters.
- Monitor absence, probation, and performance review processes.
- Support payroll by ensuring employee data is accurate and up to date.
- Produce HR reports, statistics, and management information as required.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, and organisational policies.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including note-taking at meetings where required.
