We are currently recruiting for experienced
Reach Truck Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation based in the
CV6 area of Coventry. This is a night shift position, working
22:00 - 06:00, with an attractive pay rate of
Β£14.62 per hour.
The Role
As a Reach Truck Operative, your main responsibilities will include:
- Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse
- Moving and storing stock in designated warehouse locations
- Loading and unloading goods
- Moving pallets around the warehouse
- Completing stock movements and ensuring goods are stored correctly
- Picking and replenishing stock when required
- Working safely around other warehouse operatives and equipment
- Following all site health and safety procedures
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
- Supporting with general warehouse duties when required
Requirements
- A valid, in-date Reach Truck certificate is essential
- In-house Reach Truck certificates cannot be accepted
- You must be able to provide evidence of your Reach Truck certification
- Previous experience operating a Reach Truck in a warehouse environment is required
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working a permanent night shift pattern
- Please note: You MUST hold a valid, in-date Reach Truck certificate issued by an accredited training provider. In-house certificates will NOT be accepted for this position.
