HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator for a part-time role (15 hours/week) to plan and deliver engaging activities for Residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care.
You will support fundraising events and work with the Home Manager to create meaningful, enjoyable experiences with kindness at the forefront.
