We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Master Vehicle Technician in Coventry, Warwickshire.

The role of Master Vehicle Technician offers the chance to work with the latest Hybrid and Electric Vehicle technology, leading complex diagnostics and supporting the workshop team to ensure high standards of service and repair.

  • Up to £40,000 basic salary, dependent on experience

Duties of a Master Vehicle Technician

  • Diagnose complex vehicle faults and carry out repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Perform vehicle servicing and maintenance
  • Support first-time fix targets and uphold workshop quality standards
  • Mentor and assist other technicians within the team
  • Conduct vehicle health checks and recommend additional work
  • Keep up-to-date with advancements in Hybrid and EV technology

Requirements of a Master Vehicle Technician

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Previous experience as a Master Vehicle Technician or Senior Diagnostic Technician
  • Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and repair skills
  • Manufacturer accreditation is advantageous
  • Full UK Driving Licence
